No modeling experience is needed. The studio or your offices

Working there means controlled lighting, temperature, background, and pace, in a space that is not shared with the public. Sending people over a few at a time also suits teams that hire steadily through the year. Keeping a team looking like one set
When the headshots need to sit together on one page, they are treated as one set from the first person to the last, with the same lighting, the same background, the same framing, and the same retouching decisions.
